Art, Dream and Society: launch of the reading cycle dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Antonio Meneghetti’s birth

On 9 March, the first event of the itinerant reading cycle dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of Antonio Meneghetti took place at the Auditorium Parco della Musica – Libreria Notebook in Rome.

The meeting marked the beginning of a series of encounters that will accompany the entire year, focusing on the reading and discussion of selected works by the author, starting with the volume Art, Dream and Society.

During the event, several key themes of Meneghetti’s thought were explored, particularly the relationship between the inner dimension of the human being, artistic expression, and the construction of society. The dialogue offered the audience an opportunity to revisit these themes within a contemporary framework of reflection.

The reading cycle is intended to create a space for cultural dialogue and shared inquiry, through moments of reading, discussion and critical engagement with Meneghetti’s works.

The initiative will continue over the coming months with monthly meetings in different cities. The dates and venues of the next events will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Antonio Meneghetti Foundation at the Riga International Humanistic Economic Forum

The Antonio Meneghetti Scientific and Humanistic Research Foundation participated in the 8th International Humanistic Economic Forum, held in Riga at the Latvian Academy of Sciences from 5 to 7 March 2026.

The Forum, dedicated to the theme “Innovative Economy in Times of Geopolitical Change,” was held under the patronage of the European Parliament, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia and with the support of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).

The event brought together economists, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and institutional representatives to discuss the main challenges of the contemporary economy, including innovation, human capital, geopolitical transformations and new models of development.

During the first plenary session, Dr. Pamela Bernabei, President of the Foundation, presented the lecture:

“Human Capital, Responsibility, and Sustainable Growth in a Fragmented World.”

The presentation highlighted that the sustainability of economic investment does not depend solely on capital and technology, but also on the relationship between economic development and emerging generations.

As she observed:

“Sustainable investment is not only a question of capital or technology. Its durability depends on whether emerging generations can recognize themselves in the systems we are building today.”

The Foundation also contributed to the Forum’s discussions by participating in the international panel “Education, Innovation and Human Being’s Functional Utilitarianism,” presenting reflections on the role of education in fostering individual responsibility and personal development as a condition for truly sustainable economic growth.

“Capital can accelerate development, but only people can give it continuity.”

Participation in the Riga Forum confirms the commitment of the Antonio Meneghetti Foundation to promoting international dialogue between economics, human sciences and education, contributing to reflection on the models of development required by contemporary economic transformations.

Antonio Meneghetti’s Semantic Field in the Springer volume Information Fields Theory and Applications

Antonio Meneghetti’s Semantic Field in the Springer volume Information Fields Theory and Applications

A chapter dedicated to the Semantic Field, developed by Antonio Meneghetti, has been published in the Springer volume Information Fields Theory and Applications. Quantum Communication in Physics and Biology.

The chapter explores how human beings continuously emit and receive unconscious information that can influence relationships, emotions, and behavior. According to Meneghetti’s theory, the Semantic Field describes a network of information operating beyond conscious awareness and shaping interpersonal dynamics.

This text represents an editorial reworking of the writings in which Antonio Meneghetti addressed the topic of the Semantic Field. The reworking was carried out with the collaboration of researchers from the Antonio Meneghetti Scientific and Humanistic Research Foundation (Switzerland). The aim was to linguistically update and adapt the cited texts to enhance accessibility for contemporary readers.
