Meneghetti Award a contribution to the development of a humanistic ethic.

The international Meneghetti Award was established in 2010 by the Board of the Antonio Meneghetti Scientific and Humanistic Research Foundation and spread all around the world. The aim of the Meneghetti Award is to encourage projects in the realm of culture and scientific knowledge and to facilitate their implementation. Specifically, projects that contribute to the development of a humanistic ethics, as envisaged by the ontopsychological vision.
The inaugural edition of the Award, in 2011, saw its winners awarded their prize at the headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva.

For Degree Thesis

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN BEING AND SOCIETY 

Motivated by the theme of the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations, the Foundation is issuing a call for applications for 10 study awards of CHF 550.00 (five hundred fifty) for those who have completed a master’s, specialized or old-system degree discussing a thesis in the field of scientific and humanistic research aimed at improving the important human-society relationship in a creative, functional, sustainable and inclusive manner.

In particular, the thesis must be relevant to achieving the goals of sustainable development, eradicating poverty (goal 1) through quality education (goal 4) and the construction of models of coexistence that spread peace and justice in contexts of multiculturalism and cooperation between entities and individuals (goals 16 and 17).

Call for Papers

“DIGITAL TOOLS AND HUMANISTIC DIMENSION” 

The Antonio Meneghetti Scientific and Humanistic Research Foundation announces a call for papers on the following topic:

“DIGITAL TOOLS AND HUMANISTIC DIMENSION.”

With this initiative, the Foundation aims to promote a debate that, starting from different disciplinary fields, analyses the means-end relationship in the light of developments in digital language. This theme has been addressed several times in the texts written by the Founder.

The Meneghetti Foundation, which has always placed at the centre of its activities and interests the development of a humanistic culture and the support of scientific research projects that enhance man in his relationship with society, education and art, wishes to discuss the powerful impact that the digital revolution has on the way we see the world.

To this end, the Foundation intends to assign ten awards of CHF 300.00 (three hundred) for the ten best contributions in terms of coherence with the proposed theme and innovative perspective presented.
